Travelling through lifetimes circling our planet

Swirling, enduring, ever morphing like granite

Zooming, lingering, ever pondering our souls

Choosing, grasping, the beat of our heavenly scrolls.

Seducing, inspiring, butterfly fluttering

Is the wake profound or shallow and stuttering?

I wrote this poem years ago. I was reflecting on the idea that life is a journey and the belief that past lives, a series of rebirths, help us morph into higher spiritual and loving beings. Let us surrender to reflection, patience and compassion towards ourselves and others. Let the metamorphous happen.
